Shadid Integrative Psychiatry will not directly bill your insurance company for payment of services, but SIP will provide an invoice for you to submit for reimbursement from your insurance company. Please be aware that some of the services provided may be "non-covered" services and considered not medically necessary under your insurance plan. Insurance reimbursement depends on individual patients' policy terms, and Dr. Shadid is not responsible for ensuring insurance reimbursements. The patient is responsible for payment in full, regardless of your insurance company's final determination of coverage. Please check with your insurance company before making an appointment in regards to your mental health benefits.

Appointments cancelled with at least 72 hours notice will receive a full refund of the prepayment, but the pre-payment will not be refunded for cancelled appointments with less than 72 hours notice or missed and no-show appointments. New patients must pay with credit card for the first intake or consultation appointment.
